Facility Rentals

Many Open Campus programs are housed at the Urban Resource Center (URC) located at 601 W. State Street in downtown Jacksonville. The Center is designed to meet the training needs of area businesses with a unique blending of college and corporate environments. The facility is also available for use by outside organizations. Rental fees vary according to the type of organization and the type of room rented.

The Urban Resource Center facility includes 12 state-of-the-art computer labs, four assessment and certification laboratories, three multi-purpose classrooms, an ITV room for intercampus or satellite videoconferences, a large executive conference area that can be subdivided into three rooms and a small conference room that will seat ten. Each teaching room incorporates technical teaching aids such as computers, VCRs, video projectors and document cameras.

Seminar Room This room has the capacity for 50 people. It has a fully equipped presentation area with dual LCD projectors and screens, fully automated lighting and premium sound system. The seminar room can be used in conjunction with the Lobby for pre/post receptions.
