WMD Seminar
The training consists of a comprehensive presentation of WMDs. The items are in many forms - Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and/or Explosive (CBRNE) - and each form is extremely dangerous, even in small quantities. It is important for the public to be educated in the recognition of each element and its effects, symptoms, personal decontamination, and procedures for mitigation.

IED Seminar
The training consists of a thorough presentation on IEDs. Since there is an infinite number of methods for the construction and deployment of IEDs, public education must focus on detection of the presence of these devices and procedures for the safe evacuation of those in danger.
