AutoCAD Basics – TIS 0119
Experience with computer basics and Windows. This intensive 36-hour beginning level course includes hands-on exercises and step-by-step procedures covering creating, editing and plotting drawings in the 2-D environment.
AutoCAD Intermediate Skills – TIS 0071
TIS 0119 (AutoCAD Basics) This 24 hour course adds production skills and advanced tools to skills learned in AutoCad Basics. In this course the student will create a complete project from initial drawing to plotting the final product.
AutoCAD Advanced Topics – TIS 0101
TIS 0071 (AutoCAD Intermediate Skills) or permission of instructor. This 36-hour course is a continuation of AutoCAD Intermediate Skills. Emphasis is placed on advanced commands and operations to build on the Level II skills.
AutoCAD Update – TIS 0033
Proficiency in AutoCAD R2000 or R2004. This 16-hour hands-on course is designed for the Experienced AutoCAD user and will help speed the transition from earlier versions.
AutoCAD Inventor – CCE 0035
Basic understanding of parametric feature-based solid modeling. This 36-hour course will introduce the new Inventor user or 3-D Modeler to the basic tools available in AutoDesk Inventor. The training consists of hands-on, instructor-led technical training covering the major concepts, features and functionality of AutoDesk Inventor.
AutoCAD Architectural Fundamentals – TIS 0116
TIS 0071 (AutoCAD Intermediate Skills) or permission of instructor. The most recently developed software for facilities management, architecture and interior design is covered in this 32-hour hands-on course. Learn to move easily between the 2-D and 3-D environment in the design and construction documentation process and how to use intelligent objects to produce 2-D plans and documentation from a single 3-D model.
AutoCAD Architectural Intermediate – TIS 0115
This 32-hour hands-on course expands the skills learned in TIS 0116 (AutoCAD Architectural Fundamentals). Learn the power of the architectural desktop to create conceptual designs using mass elements and space planning tools. Increase productivity by customizing features for specific industry use.

AutoCAD Introduction To VBA For AutoCAD – TIS 0106
This 24 hour introduction to Visual Basic programming within AutoCAD will provide the student with a well-developed programming language and robust interface for customization and automation for AutoCAD applications. Using just a few keywords, beginners can create useful customized applications. This course includes ActiveX, Visual Basic Language, Built-In Functions and Debugging code. Learn the power of VBA with AutoCAD.

TIS 0117 (AutoCAD 3-D) or permission of instructor. A software useful for many different professional applications, 3-D Studio VIZ has become the industry standard for visualization specialists. This 32-hour hands-on course covers creating, modifying, rendering and animating objects in 3-D.

AutoCAD 3-D Studio VIZ II – TIS 0105
TIS 0107 (AutoCAD 3-D Studio VIZ I) or permission of instructor. This 32 hour course builds on skills learned in the beginning level VIZ course. Topics covered in Level II include advanced methods for creating complex objects, object transformation and building hierarchies. Web techniques for locating material and block content using VIZ innovative “eyedrop” technology will also be covered.

AutoDesk Civil 3D – CCE 0012
The primary objective of this 32 hour hands on course is to familiarize participants with the essential functions of Autodesk Civil 3D. The student will learn to create points, analyze surfaces, create parcels, develop grading solutions and much more. Additionally students will develop skills necessary to import Autodesk Land Desktop data and export Autodesk Civil 3D data. Pipe networks and structures are also included in this class. Knowledge of this software is a must for Land Development professionals.

This course is designed to teach the knowledge and skills assessed on the AutoCAD Certified Expert examination. Used as a teaching tool for instructor led courses as well as self-paced learning, this course encourages self-learning through the use of the AutoCAD Help system.
AutoCAD User Exam – CCE 0068
This course is designed to teach the knowledge and skills assessed on the AutoCAD Certified Users examination. Used as a teaching tool for instructor led courses as well as self-paced learning, this course encourages self-learning through the use of the AutoCAD Help system.

Sketchup Fundamentals – CCE 0005
Learn to create 3 dimensional architectural models quickly and easily. This course is intended for students with little or no 3 dimensional drawing Experience . In this 8 hour hands-on class the student will learn to generate dynamic 3 dimensional models and edit these models quickly to visualize 3 dimensional space. An excellent presentation tool for designers and architects, SketchUp is easy to learn and can help the user create professional 3 dimensional presentation drawings in a short period of time.

MicroStation Fundamentals – TIS 0087
Proficiency in Windows operating system. No prior CAD Experience is required. In this 36 hour class the student will learn how to create, edit, annotate and plot drawings in MicroStation.

TIS 0087 (MicroStation Fundamentals) or permission of the instructor. This 36-hour follow up course builds on the fundamental skills learned in MicroStation Level I. Topics include: using reference files, importing and exporting drawings in other formats, graphic groups, Internet utilities and customizing MicroStation. Become a more productive MicroStation user with tools and skills learned in this course.

Introduction to ArcGIS I. This 24 hour course presents important concepts for functionality for successfully working with ArcGIS. Students focus on spatial analysis, automation of spatial and attribute data, editing and advanced options for cartographic display and reports.
